How is Restless Leg Syndrome Diagnosed? |
If a patient has had repeated episodes of pain in his legs, and has problem sleeping at night because of increased pain and stiffness, then there are chances that he/she is suffering from the Restless Leg Syndrome. With children, doctors might at first confuse it with other things such as growing up pains, and some might even suggest that these can be mere muscle pulls or lack of adequate calcium and minerals in the body. However, when all things are found to be normal, and there are still repeated incidents of pain, then there is no doubt that the patient is suffering from RLS. |
