Herniated Disc The Symptoms

Symptoms of Herniated disc can be very serious and it can lead to a disability. Here we are discussing most common type of symptoms which are associated with herniated disc. In this disease the discs of our spine which are cushions that separate set of bones in the back side. They work like shock absorbers which is mainly having two parts – an outer covering called as annulus and soft part which is called nucleus. When disc herniates the outer cover of the disc gets tears and soft jelly start shifting from center of the disc. It slowly moves towards the damaged area of the disc. Due to this bulge in the disc is created. It creates a pressure which is applied to affected nerve and due to all this major symptoms of herniated disc gets developed. If the disc is damaged still there won’t be any sensation of the pain felt by anybody which is the real fact of spinal discs. So, in which condition patients gets much pain? Answer to this question is in this whole process nerves are involved and due to this all symptoms gets created. Most commonly one can have neck pain, stiffness, headaches, and arm and shoulder pain.
